You’re never asked to choose a radiologist. Tell us about your case and it goes straight to the right subspecialist radiologist.
You tell us the scan type and body area and we confirm it from the images, then we ask about your symptoms, relevant history, and what you would like our radiologist to review.
We use this to assign your case to the appropriate subspecialist radiologist.
Upload your original scan images, ideally as a DICOM folder or ZIP file, along with your original radiology report and any earlier related scans. DICOM is simply the format hospitals store scan images in.
Don’t have your images yet? We show you exactly how to request them from the hospital or imaging provider.
An independent radiologist report with the findings, a plain-English “What this means for you” explanation, comparison with any prior scan where available, and recommended next steps.
Your report is securely available in your patient dashboard, where you can download it, share it with your GP or treating clinician, and arrange available follow-up support.
Tell us which scan you have. The subspecialist who reads it is assigned for you.
Every report is signed by a GMC-registered subspecialist in that body area.
£250 for a radiologist report, or £300 if we are also comparing your earlier scans. No consultation fee, no subscription, nothing added later.
Add earlier scans in the next step and the £50 comparison fee is added then.
Includes the £50 comparison fee for reading your earlier scans.
Every report carries the clinical detail your GP or radiologist needs, plus a plain-English section that answers the question you actually asked.
What this means for you
The area described in your first report is a normal variant of a blood vessel, not a tumour. Nothing here needs urgent treatment. I would repeat the scan in twelve months to confirm it is unchanged.

of the scans we re-read return a materially different finding from the original report.
Their consultants spotted key things which were overlooked by the original radiologist, and these detailed observations have been crucial in my complex diagnostic journey.
Robin P · April 2026
The report was thorough and provided information from my MRI which the NHS report didn’t provide. I was sceptical at first as all done online…
Dawn M · May 2026
I’d rather know one way or another as quickly as possible. I find the wait for results — weeks from my NHS trust — psychologically hard.
Naomi W · April 2026
Thorough and personalised to my exact questions, worries and concerns. They certainly put my mind at rest…

No. You can upload your own images directly. Your report is yours to share with your GP or any other doctor, and the dashboard lets you send it on in one click.
You have a legal right to a copy of your own scan images. Ask the radiology department at the hospital where the scan was done, and ask for the images themselves rather than just the report. They can usually supply a disc or a secure download. You can start your case now and add the images when they arrive. We can’t make the request for you, because it has to come from you, but we’ll talk you through it if you get stuck.
Tell us your question and what you already have. We will tell you honestly whether a review is worth your money, free, within one working day. If the answer is no, we will say so.
Would rather talk? Call 020 3318 0915, 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.
